Did you ever think curry powder and pasta would mix? Curry Spaghetti! My two favorites in one dish: spicy, slurpy curry sauce coating whole wheat spaghetti. Low maintenance + simple ingredients make this an perfect weeknight dinner. This complete delicious meal is ready in less than 30 minutes!

Ingredients :

  • 1 Onion 
  • 3 Garlic Cloves 
  • 2 Tablespoon Butter 
  • 2 Large Tomato puree
  • 2 Teaspoons Curry powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Sugar
  • Pinch Black Pepper Powder
  • Few Fresh Basil Leaves

Preparation Method :

  1. Melt the butter in a large pan
  2. Add chopped onions and saute them for 5 mins.
  3. Now add Chopped Garlic and saute until it smells fragrant.
  4. Add tomato puree and cook for 10 mins.
  5. Then Add curry powder, salt , sugar and Black pepper powder and mix then all well together.
  6. Then Add in cooked spaghetti and Stir well. Then reduce heat to medium.
  7. Once the spaghetti is well mixed turn up the heat and cook for 5 mins and turn it off.
  8. Add fresh basil and Serve.
