Did you ever think curry powder and pasta would mix? Curry Spaghetti! My two favorites in one dish: spicy, slurpy curry sauce coating whole wheat spaghetti. Low maintenance + simple ingredients make this an perfect weeknight dinner. This complete delicious meal is ready in less than 30 minutes!

Ingredients :
- 1 Onion
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 2 Tablespoon Butter
- 2 Large Tomato puree
- 2 Teaspoons Curry powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Sugar
- Pinch Black Pepper Powder
- Few Fresh Basil Leaves
Preparation Method :
- Melt the butter in a large pan
- Add chopped onions and saute them for 5 mins.
- Now add Chopped Garlic and saute until it smells fragrant.
- Add tomato puree and cook for 10 mins.
- Then Add curry powder, salt , sugar and Black pepper powder and mix then all well together.
- Then Add in cooked spaghetti and Stir well. Then reduce heat to medium.
- Once the spaghetti is well mixed turn up the heat and cook for 5 mins and turn it off.
- Add fresh basil and Serve.
